About

I’m a storyteller, project and operations manager, and former executive who has built a career on doing work that makes a direct and meaningful impact in the world - locally and at large. As a copywriter, content creator, website builder, brand and voice developer, project manager, and executive across tech, wellness, and community-based organizations, I’ve worn lots of hats that have taught me how to speak to and balance the needs, priorities, and expectations of multiple stakeholders in any given project. These days I freelance independently and with Paʻakai Communications.

My heart and roots are in yoga, dance, mindfulness, and poems. I live in Waimea on Hawaiʻi Island with my family of wild boys; am fascinated by how humans use words and bodies to hold and share experience and meaning; and am named after my great grandmother who was named after the goddess of the moon, birth, death, the wilds, and the hunt.
